KAKASHI BY TOYNAMI

Finally got Kakashi to complete series one of Naruto Shippuden four inch toy line by Toynami.

Series one includes Naruto, Itachi and Kakashi. Toynami's four inch Naruto Shippuden figures have 25 points of articulation making different poses easier and they also have inter changeable hands except for Kakashi having an extra head. Similar items can be found on all three figures such as a pair of hands holding a kunai and a pair that looks like the figure is doing a jutsu and the clear circular base are all identical for all three of them.

Hatake Kakashi is an easy going person always late for his classes and always reading erotic books. But under his easy going personality is a highly skilled ninja. Kakashi graduated from ninja school at a young age and started getting missions ahead of his age group. Young Kakashi was under the tutelage of the late Minato the Fourth Hokage. Kakashi is a jonin and an ex-anbu.

Then came team seven. Kakashi became the sensei in charge of team seven. Under his supervision were three kids Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura. As the Naruto Shippuden series started Kakashi now fights along side his former students Naruto and Sakura againt the nasty Akatsuki. And as for his other student Sasuke, he joined the Akatsuki. Follow Kakashi and his bunch of ninjas as they fight the enemies of Konoha Village and discover more hidden secrets about their skills and past. Now on to the figure.

Thus most of his enemy called him "Copy ninja Kakashi"

JACK SKELLINGTON SCI-FI REVOLTECH 005

Jack Skellington is the main character from the 1993 movie, Nightmare before Christmas. The movie was produced and co-written by Tim Burton and was directed by Henry Selick. Jack's singing voice was done by Danny Elfman while the rest was give to life by Chris Sarandon.

The movie focused on Jack living in Halloween Town with ghosts, monsters and other frightful creatures. Every year Jack leads them in celebrating Halloween. But soon Jack got bored and started to explore. He then discovered Christmas Town. Jack became obsessed with Christmas and plans to take over it. He succeeded in playing the role of Santa Claus but the plan went wrong because the presents that he gave away were scary and was not suited for Christmas. While Jack was playing fake Santa, the real Santa Claus was being held captive by Oogie Boogie. After Jack's Christmas take over failed he returned home and freed the real Santa Claus. Thus restoring Christmas as a happy occasion and not a scary one.

DANBOARD AMAZON VERSION

I got another Dan Board figure. She is from the Revoltech line of toys. Much like the first Dan Board figure she had light up eyes and the same accessories. But this time her box body had Amazon company's markings. Check out the other Dan Board figure here.

NARUTO BY TOYNAMI

Naruto Uzumaki is the main character in the hit anime Naruto and its sequel Naruto Shippuden. The figure I'm about to review is Naruto from Naruto Shippuden, this is a older and more mature side of Naruto. In this sequel Naruto returns to his village after under going extensive training with his master. Still hunted by his promise to bring Sasuke back. Naruto strives to look for him and convince him to return to the village. But new and more powerful enemies are plotting against our hero so lets follow his adventures and see if Naruto can indeed get to his goal of bringing back his friend and become the Hokage.



Toynami released this four inch Naruto figure as part of series one.
Series one includes Naruto, Itachi and Kakashi.



Head sculpt nicely done.
And the paint application is quite good for this scale.



Naruto came with a clear circular stand, one pair of hands holding a kunai and one pair posing like a jutsu.
The figure is also well articulated. His joints remind me of revoltech joints.

ITACHI BY TOYNAMI

Itachi Uchiha is a character in the Narurot and Naruto Shippuden anime. He is the elder brother of Sasuke.
The Uchiha clan has a unique eye jutsu called the sharing gan, but Itachi and his natural talents took it to a higher level called the Mangekyo sharing gan. Aside from his blood line sharing gan, he is also skilled in tai jutsu and other ninja techniques.

Later in the story itachi went rouge after killing his clan. He then joined the the elite Akatsuki, a group of high level rouge ninjas. Follow Itachi's amazing story and uncover who he really is and what his real objectives are.



This figure stand around four inches and is made by Toynami.
The paint application especially in the face and eye is well done for such a small figure.



Itachi came with a clear circular stand and a pair of extra hands.
His joints are similar to the famous revoltech joints.



The cape restricts movement in the lower part of the figure.

KUNOICHI BY CRAZY OWNERS

Ninja or shinobi are skilled assassins from Japan. Unlike the Samurai, they employ stealth and avoid open encounters. As such they are more suitable for missions like reconnaissance, intel gathering or as a spy. They  excel in throwing weapons, the use of poison and knives as compared to the Samurai's sword. They are also trained in hand to hand combat. This skills along with their wide array of weapons makes the ninja one of the deadliest in their time.

Crazy owners kunoichi figure came with ample die-cast weapons, the figure's costume was decent and the figure itself was well articulated. I may get one or two more of this ninjas in the future.

DANBOARD BY KAIYODO REVOLTECH

Most of the time we see Dan Board being used as a photography subject or as a wallpaper. At first i thought it was custom made. But recently i saw the toy being sold in a local toy store. The toy was manufactured by the  Japanese company Kaiyodo under its Revoltech toy line. I'm surprised that Dan Board is actually a girl, the character  came from an anime comic book. This is my first revoltech figure and I'm looking forward to getting other characters especially from their new Sci-fi Revoltech toy line.



As rigid as the figure is we can still make several poses.
Dan Board came with a figure base and has a light up eyes. Very cool.

REI AYANAMI BY MEDICOM TOY

After featuring mostly 1/6th scale military figures lets have a look at this anime themed figure also on 1/6th scale. The figure is from the anime Evangelion. She is Rei Ayanami, pilot of the unit 00 and friend of Shinji Ikari the main protagonist of the story. This figure came with few accessories unlike the military figures, but she is a beauty. Nice details all over especially on the head sculpt. Lets take a closer look.


Much like other 1/6th military figure, she came in a box that can be opened like a book.
